They do very nice work and are willing to work with you. But sadly due to misunderstanding I believe on my part, I did not get exactly what I wanted. I will say they offered a discount on my next purchase. Much appreciated but I don't think I will need anything else. I do recommend them just be aware of the time to make changes don't make my mistake. You will be happy cuz the canvases are sweet!
I ordered a canvas and loved the mock up when I received it. I did make some changes before approval and changes were made to my satisfaction. I approved the mock up and couldn’t wait to get the canvas. When I received it I was disappointed. The artwork was beautiful but it just seemed like it was off center. I contacted Lulufam about my concerns. They addressed the issues and were willing to replace my original canvas with the corrected one. I was extremely pleased and would not hesitate to order from them again.
