    The mug is exactly as I chose. The options for hair didn’t include one that looks like my husband’s and the one he chose as the closet one looks just like my brother, so it’s become a joke. I also didn’t pay enough attention to body size so it looks like our son is much larger than he is.

    I was surprised at how much it really looked like us. I also liked being able to put our dog in the middle of us. The cup it's self is also nice. Holds the warmth and dishwasher safe.

    These mugs are very nice and make a great gift. I gave them to my children and they really like them. You are choosing from stock images so you can't get an exact likeness, but you can get fairly close. They do have a lot of choices for the dogs as well as people. My only criticism is the amount of time it took to get the mug. From the time I ordered it until I received it was over six weeks. I was ordering them for Christmas. I realize the mail was very backed up and the amount of time it took to receive it was out of the control of LuluFarm, but it might be something you want to take into consideration when ordering one.
