    I ordered this for my friend who lost her dog Finley to cancer in 2019. I did request that the dogs ears be up, like his were. They did a great job changing this detail. And apparently, without me even knowing, her camping tent is yellow. She was overwhelmed at how much something so simple, meant so much. It did take over a month to get it, due to the special request of changing the dogs ears. So if you need it within a few weeks, know to give yourself a few more weeks to receive it

    Great company, nice people who were prompt to reply back when I reached out to them with a question. Cups are shipped in a well packed and protected box. Very pleased with the picture and how it all turned out!

    OMG, when I gave this to my son in law on Christmas Day he took one look and completely went into tears. A grown man was so completely moved because you captured both of his deceased dogs likeness down to the nub of Dukes tail. The camping scene was PERFECT as Duke and Bubba LOVED camping. I cannot express how totally impressed and pleased I was by your product. It is the most amazing thing I have EVER ordered. Your company and customer service is top notch.     I purchased the mug for a very good friend of mine I have known her and her husband most of my life they love to camp. She lost her beloved Teddy to death and I purchased the mug as a gift if memory. Her and her husband just loved it. They received it just before a camping trip. All if their friends they go camping with loved it as well. Thank you for the ability to give my friend a happy memory.

    I purchased a mug for my son with his two pups and to my surprise I received a mug from my BFF in the mail today. Both of which were so beautiful. Love the way you can personalize them to make them fit to the person or the dog. I have no problem ordering again.
