Shipping Locations, Costs and Times

We ship worldwide, we do not have any shipping delays due to COVID-19 at this time.
(We are unable to ship to Italy at the moment)

Shipping is free for orders over $40 USD in the continetal USA, for other rates please enter your shipping address at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within USA) takes 3-8 business days to arrive unless otherwise stated on the product page.

International orders (outside USA) may take an additional 10-15 days to arrive, shipping is calculated at checkout, international orders may incur duties on arrival.

How does the Try Before Buying program work?

We’ll validate your credit card through an authorization. Rest assured we will only charge your card if you decide to keep the item(s). Try the item, and only pay if you decide to keep it through the trial period. We’ll only then charge your card.

Was my card charged when I placed the order?

We validate your card through an authorization for the full amount of the order. You’ll see a pending charge on your statement, but rest assured that’s not a charge. We’ll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep.

When does the trial period begin?

We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your trial period to postmark returns.

How do you know not to charge my card for the items I’m returning?

We provide an ample amount of time for any returns to arrive at our warehouse before charging your card. Once the items are returned, we inspect and update your order status so you will not be charged.

What if I decided to keep the items but then want to initiate a return?

No problem! Our return policy is still in effect.

Returns are no problem with us and we try to keep it simple. We proudly offer free 365-day returns + a 100% money back guarantee for the PawRamp and Dachramp (USA orders August 6th 2020 and later). All other items may be returned within 30-days of delivery.

If your package is damaged on arrival, we will send out a replacement to you once we verify the damage, simply send us pictures of the damage so we can send your replacement item(s) If you need to exchange an item, or to report a damaged package, please email our support team at 


We're sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order! However, we can help you with this as long as your order has yet to be shipped out. We unfortunately have no way of stopping the shipment once the carrier has picked it up from our warehouse. Email our support team at immediately and we'll get back to you as soon as we can! Response time may take up to 2 business days. We appreciate your understanding and value your patience!

Ramp Questions


The difference between the two Ramps comes down to size; the size of your furniture and the size of the area where you'll use the ramp.

The Full Ramp is 40 inches (100cm) in length and 16 inches (40cm) wide.
There are four adjustable heights at:
12 inches (30cm)
16 inches (40cm)
20 inches (50cm)
24 inches (60cm)
The bearings and support of the Full Ramp have been tested to hold weights of up to 80lbs (35kg) and the ramp itself weighs 11lbs

The Lite Ramp is 32.5 inches (82cm) in length and 14 inches (35cm) wide.
There are two adjustable heights at:
12 inches (30cm)
16 inches (40cm)
The bearings and support of the Lite Ramp have been tested to hold weights of up to to 70lbs (30kg) and the ramp itself weighs 8lbs


If you’ve trained your dog to do anything, training them to use a ramp shouldn’t be an issue, the trick for most dogs is training with treats, and lots of praise when they use the ramp. Many dogs will take to the ramp immediately and enjoy the freedom of running up and down, but if your dog is hesitant, training and persistence will help them get used to using their new method of transportation to the bed or couch!
