Surrendered Dachshund Gets Emergency Surgery for Life-Threatening Condition

Surrendered dachshund gets emergency surgery for life-threatening condition
When Mojo, a long-haired Dachund, was surrendered to the Dachshunds of South Florida, he was in bad shape. The eight-year-old sweetheart was facing a certain death due to a life-threatening health issue. His owners couldn’t afford the life-saving surgery, so they gave him up. As soon as he arrived, the president of the shelter knew he needed help.

However, no one knew his condition’s seriousness until he was examined at the LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital. It turned out that Mojo had a severe hernia in the hole of his intestine that was large enough to cause an obstruction which prevented the Dachshund from being able to poo. If the blockage weren’t removed, the blog would clog up and become fatal.
