Meet Monkey

Please meet Monkey, he is a 12 week old and Manchester Terrier mix, he currently weighs about 12 pounds.  Monkey got his name because he actually loves Bananas.   Monkey is playful and sweet. He bounces when he runs and loves a good laid back snuggle.  He is very food motivated and understands sit, no, good boy and potty.  Although he doesn't always follow directions just yet!!  Monkey is crate trained and working on his manners. He will snuggle but prefers to rest near his foster family, rather then on them when watching TV at night.  Monkey loves other dogs and would enjoy having a furry sibling in the home.   If you would like to meet him please fill out an application from our website.  Fenced yard preferred.    

Adoption Process
We have a thorough adoption process that includes an adoption application, vet check (All current and past pets have to be current on vacs. and spayed/neutered), and home check (fence required for larger dogs, etc.). If those come out good and the adoption is finalized, there is an adoption fee that is paid and a contract is signed by the adopter stating that the animal must be routinely vetted and the animal is not allowed to go to any other home w/out the rescue's approval. All of our animals are spayed/neutered before adopting out and currenton vacs (as well as flea and HW meds).
