Meet Bruno

Bruno is a 7-year-old Mini Schnauzer who weighs 17 pounds. He was surrendered by his family because he didn't want to be constantly chased by their young kids. Though he wasn't aggressive, his owners saw he was unhappy and wanted a better life for him. Bruno is thriving in his foster home! He quickly became attached to his foster mom and became her little shadow.  He was not used to living with dogs but now enjoys the company of older, laid-back dogs. He doesn't want to play with them but he's happy to co-exist!  He's also great with cats as he lived with them in the past. Bruno loves going for walks and gets excited when he sees his leash come out.  He is also just as happy hanging out in the yard with you! He is quick to dart out the door so if you do not have a fully fenced yard, you need to be careful.  He loves to be outside in the good weather and does not want to come back in.  Bruno is a fantastic travel companion and would be happy to keep you company during errands - he sits nicely in his car seat and waits for a french fry or tim bit to share! He likes spending time with his foster family when it's couch time! While he may fuss a bit at first, he settles down well in his crate at night. Bruno appears to be housetrained; just keep in mind that he may need some time to adjust to a new home and routine. Plus, he'll need regular grooming to keep him looking his best! Bruno would be a great companion - apply today if you are interested in making him part of your family! Bruno is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped. flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $475
