Meet Shirley

Shirley is an adorable little Teddy Bear puppy - a cross of a shih tzu and a bichon frise.  She was born 12/8/23 in a commercial kennel, then consigned to a dog breeder auction as a potential breeding dog.  Instead, she was purchased into rescue so she can spend her life in a home rather than in a breeder's pen. She is a little bit shy but sweet, playful and good with other pups.  She is microchipped, has been vaccinated and dosed with Nexgard Plus for intestinal worm, heartworm, flea & tick prevention.  She weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces on 5/1/24. Shirley has a very fine coat which matts easily and collects bedding like a hoarder.  She will need a thorough grooming and will have to be brushed regularly thereafter. Because she is too young to be spayed, she will be placed with a spay contract.  When proof of surgery has been received, adopter will be mailed a rebate check for $50.00 Her adoption fee is $350.00 If you would like to adopt Shirley, email me at [email protected] and request an application.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
