Meet Cy

Cy is a 9 month old Lab/Shepherd mix. Cy is one of four siblings, and the only girl! Her siblings are: Kershaw, Verlander, and Maddux. Cy is very loving and playful, but a bit shy at first meeting. She is more outgoing than Kershaw, who she is currently housed with. Cy is still a puppy and she will need to find a family who is willing to grow with her as she ages. She has lots of energy and will need to find a family who is okay with that. We believe Cy will stay a nice medium size when fully grown. She weighs a little under 50 lbs at 9 months old and we don't expect her to get too much bigger. Cy loves to play with toys and enjoys being in the sunshine. While she has been around other dogs, a meet-n-greet is always suggested if you have other dogs in the home. We think Cy would make a good family pet, but she is very energetic and might knock small children down without realizing it. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
