Meet Nancy
Nancy is a 10 month old Pit/Shepherd mix with a cute smile that will instantly warm your heart! When this sweet girl first arrived at the shelter it was as a shy, unsure puppy, and it has been amazing to watch her blossom over the past few months. While she can still be a little hesitant with new things, she's quickly learning that the world can be a fun and exciting place! Nancy recently spent time in a short-term foster home and did absolutely wonderfully. It took her no time at all to discover her love for snuggling, and she could always be found on the couch, nestled in blankets, ready for the next cuddle session. Seeing her open up has also brought out her very playful side! Nancy adores other pups and is always ready for some fun playtime with her friends. She has even been incredibly gentle with the resident feral cats at the shelter, simply showing mild curiosity. Nancy is a very special girl who truly deserves to know the happiness of unconditional love. She is gentle, lovable and eager to please. All this sweet girl needs is the security of a forever home where she can continue to blossom into the lifelong companion she was born to be. Give her that, and Nancy will reward you with years of unwavering love and devotion. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
