Wayne is a 1.5 year old male Lab mix who is ready to be your new best friend! Wayne is friendly, eager to please, and has a joyful personality that’s sure to melt your heart. He gets along great with other dogs and has thrived living in a pen with his furry friends, where he has become more confident and playful. Whether he’s running in the park, having fun in doggie play groups, or chasing after toys, Wayne is full of energy and joy. But as much as he loves to play, his favorite place is always right next to you, resting and soaking up your company. Even in the middle of a doggie play session, Wayne will come back to check on you … it’s clear that his human friends are his favorite ones. With his sweet puppy energy and super loving nature, Wayne will be an amazing companion. He is sure to be the kind of dog who enthusiastically greets you every time you come home. And don’t we all need that kind of unconditional love? If you’re looking for a loving and loyal companion who will always bring you joy, Wayne is the one for you! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
