Meet Storm

Storm is a female 6 month old Pit mix, whose sweet gentle nature will melt your heart! She is very shy of new people, but after getting regular walks with volunteers, Storm has truly blossomed and come out of her shell. She is a quick learner and already has lovely leash manners for such a young pup, walking calmly and politely like the little lady she is. Storm’s precious personality really shines once she is out of her cage and able to explore the park areas. And after a little exercise, Storm enjoys nothing more than curling up beside you. She absolutely loves to have her ears rubbed along with quiet companionship, always choosing to stay close to her person and share her love with them. She also seems to get along well with other dogs, and delights in running alongside a doggie friend that is in the adjacent play area. Storm also remains calm around the feral cats that pass by, and doesn’t react to them at all. Overall, her gentle and sweet temperament will make her a wonderful companion, and she is so deserving to finally be a cherished member of a family. Give Storm that, and she will repay you with endless love, joy, and gratitude. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590.
