Suntree-Viera Pet Rescue

The mission of Suntree-Viera Pet Rescue, Inc., is to foster and find permanent homes for rescues from the local high-kill shelters. Specifically, we take in animals from the euthanasia lines and foster them in private homes indefinitely until they are adopted. SVPR advocates the spaying and neutering of all domestic dogs and cats as well as feral cats---in accordance with federal law. Furthermore, we educate the public on their responsibility for their pets' medical and emotional care. We continue to provide foster care to many animals as they wait to be adopted. We spay and neuter every animal prior to adoption. All animals receive age appropriate vaccinations and any necessary medical care.

She is 8 weeks old and will be foster to adopt.  The puppy is kennel trained, and doing really well on potty training.  She is very social with people and gets along with other dogs and cats.  The adoption fee is $350.  Please email the foster for more information.  [email protected].  An application can be completed at svpr.rescuegroups.org. Attention Applicants Renting: Please know your properties pet policies before applying. This includes height/weight or breed restrictions; pet deposits and additional fees. Make sure to include this and landlord/property manager contact information in your application.  These puppies will be a breed restriction. Please email or call the specific foster listed with the description of the animal you are inquiring about for any questions.  You may fill out an application online using the Forms tab.   Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able. Dogs are $150-$350 to adopt depending on age and breed.  All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.  Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.

Adoption Process
Please fill out an application for your desired animal (found in the Forms tab). If approved, we will contact you, and meet with you to finish the final paperwork. Some dogs may require a Home-check prior to adoption.
