Meet Bowie

Bowie is a stunning 1.5-year-old chocolate lab mix weighing in at 73 pounds! He walks nicely on a leash and is eager to please, though occasional jumping is a work in progress as he still thinks he’s a puppy. We will be working on this with him. Bowie loves to explore and will make an excellent buddy for adventures and hikes! His training is ongoing, ensuring he masters his manners. Bowie was recently adopted but returned as he has jumped a 4 foot fence and dug under another. He had another equally matched play partner in his new home. The two are big and younger and play quite rough, so any new siblings will need to be equally matched. His interactions with cats are still unknown, so that would need to be tested. Bowie is looking for a strong and active handler, that will continue to keep up his training so that he can be the best dog possible.
