Meet Gypsy

Gypsy is a 5 yr old French Bulldog, black in color. Only 15 pounds. She is a total lover. She follows her new foster mom everywhere! When kept on a potty schedule, she is potty trained. She seems to want a "hooman" around with her as she thrives on and craves the attention and affection, so seems she would do best in a home where someone is home much of the time. She wants to be on the couch or in the bed with mom, so far follows her everywhere, even inside and out. Good news is she has complete recall (comes back when called, even off of a leash). She walks well on a leash although doesn't go far so doesn't seem to need one if your environment doesn't require the use of a leash- that would be fine. Gypsy (Mom calls her Gypsy Rose now), loves to be snuggled and craves the touch of her "hooman". She has started to show a bit of jealously towards her "sister" Frankie girl, when mom attempted to pet Frankie also...but did not show aggression. This could have just been situational and since the girls are not a bonded pair. This may not prove to be an ongoing issue at all, especially if dealt with right from the start (showing all your pets attention in the same amounts helps halt jealousy issues usually). Gypsy has been good with all the animals on foster mom's farm, chickens, pigs, cats and rabbits. She will chase cats and rabbits if they run away from her...but has not done anything but chase. As with most dogs of this breed...their scrunched up little snouts cause them to snore. She snores alot, and can be quite loud. But she's awful cute anyway! She does sleep through the night without needing to potty! SHe is all vetted, spayed and ready for her new forever home! If you are interested in meeting this little velcro dog...please contact us via facebook, IM or call us at 352-528-9888 and we will put you in touch with the foster mom for a meet and greet appointment! Gypsy will be so excited to meet new people! She can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly!! Contact us today, these little ones aren't around long!
