Meet Payden

Payden is a handsome, gentle, mixed breed with the sweetest face. He could be a Lab mix, but this is just a guess. He’s estimated at perhaps 2-3 yrs old. He does play like a youngster. He’s a big, slender, muscular, active boy at about 80 lbs. He was found as a stray and is currently being fostered. His foster Mom says the following about him: "Payden is a really nice dog. He loves to play and stay active and would be a wonderful companion to older children or active adults that would like a buddy for their adventures, like hiking, running or possibly doggie sports. He is still a bit rambunctious for smaller children as he is such a larger boy. He enjoys being outside and having room to explore. He is learning to walk on a leash but is still pulling a bit. Payden will benefit by continued training when he finds his new home, so he can be the best dog he can be. He is quite food / treat motivated. He enjoys being with people, especially when he gets to play with them. He seems to like the dogs he meets. He has not yet been cat tested. He does bark some to alert to strangers. He is not fond of being crated but may be fine if he is in a large enough crate so he has lots of room to move around."  He will be getting fully vetted, heart worm tested, micro-chipped and neutered soon and is ready to start meeting people who might love to have him in their lives. Any possible furry siblings would need to have meet-n-greets with him to be sure that everyone gets along. If you would like to meet this big handsome boy, please message us here or call 352-528-9888 to set up an appointment to meet him.
