Meet Katie
Katie is a cockalier puppy - a cross of a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and a cocker spaniel. She was born 7/19/23 in a commercial kennel, then consigned to a dog breeder auction as a prospective breeding dog. Instead, she was purchased into rescue so she can spend her life as a family member rather than in a breeder's pen. She is very friendly, sweet and playful and good with other dogs. She is spayed, has had a cherry eye repaired, is microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and wormings. She weighs 20 pounds. Katie is an adoption failure - she was placed with an older gentleman, but he was unable to housebreak her and then he developed serious health issues and sadly was forced to return her.
