Meet Nancy

Nancy is a cute and lovable 9-month-old Pit-mix female with a fawn-colored coat, whose beautiful smile will warm your heart! She is shy when meeting new people, but you can tell that she really does want to be with you. Just spend some time in her pen with some treats, and Nancy will slowly come forward to meet you. And this sweet girl is worth the wait, because she is so special! You canalso see Nancy’s playful side when she is out in the fenced in park, where she often has a great time romping with some of the other shelter dogs. All that this wonderful girl needs to have is the love and security of a forever home, where she can blossom into the lifelong companion she was born to be. Give her that, and Nancy will reward you with years of love and devotion.  (Nancy's brother, Nutty, who has been adopted, is in one photo with her.) The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
