Meet Toga

Toga is a 7.5 year old Pit mix who is extremely sweet, playful, and loving. Toga loves to smile all of the time and his personality is just so contagious! It is hard not to be happy with Toga! He loves affection and will lean into your touch. Toga has a beautiful blue and tan coat with a soft white patch on his chest. He likes hugs and will accept them graciously. Toga is a small for pit mix, weighing under 50 lbs and standing about knee-high. We think he would be a good size for an apartment. He loves to cuddle, but also likes to play, so we think a family setting might be great for Toga. We are unsure how he is with other animals but he is a very happy-go-lucky fella is most areas.Toga has recently been heartworm treated. He has almost completed his limited activity restrictions (as of 2/22/24) but his new family needs to be aware that he was heartworm positive on intake.   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm.
