Meet Farlee
Farlee is a 1.5 year old Shepherd/Lab mix. This poor girl has been at the shelter for just over a year! She has basically grown up here because she keeps getting overlooked. Farlee is a very playful and active young lady who needs to find a family with the time to dedicate to giving her exercise. Farlee would probably love to find a family with a yard and maybe older children. We believe she would like kids but with how playful she is, she doesn't always realize how big she is and might knock small children down. Farlee is still young and has plenty of puppy-like energy. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
