Meet Violet

Violet is a 10 month old Shepherd mix. For a shepherd she is on the smaller side, weighing under 50 lbs and standing right above knee high. Violet came to us with her brother, Dash, who is also available for adoption. Violet loves people and would thrive in a home that is affectionate and active. Violet has met children and has done very well with the ones she has interacted with. Violet does not present well in her cage because she is so excited to get out and meet everyone! Violet loves to smile and wag her tail as she greets people outside of her cage. Violet will not get much bigger and will be a good medium sized dog!      The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
