Meet Possum

Do you believe in second chances?  Awesome Possum (the cat) is hoping so, because he would love to find a new home!  Possum was spotted by a teacher, while he was drinking from a frozen fountain at Walnut Hills High School in January 2024.  He looked scraggly and thin (and kind of like a possum!), so a local rescuer stepped up and brought him to safety, where he was found to be friendly!  He began meowing, seeking out pets, and playing with toys, and even let his rescuer give him a bath!   Possum loves food (a lot!), being brushed, pet, catnip toys, making biscuits, and sitting in a cat condo looking outside.   Possum would do best as an only cat, as he much prefers humans to cats!
