Found 4/12/25 in Elizabeth. Maggie reached out about a call she received during public hours about starving cat in the rain in Elizabeth.  A local feeder went to see check on him and could tell he did not belong there even though he was TNRed. He couldn't figure out where to take shelter from the storm, so they figured that he wasn't in his normal area. That feeder took him home but couldn't hold him, so Amber has been holding him for us. Intake 04/12/2025. Westfield 4/30/25 = 13.6 pounds
