Hola! My name is Joaquin, and I'm a one year old orange tabby boy kitty. I'm a little spicy and a little shy, but some of that is because I had a friend who got adopted without me, so I'm having to adjust to being by myself here at the shelter. I do love to play with toys whenever I have some, though, and I like treats. So if you have a little patience and want a smart, curious boy, I might be the right kitty for you! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
