Meet Jargon

 Hi, my name is Jargon. I'm about 6 months old, and I'm what you would call a flame point Siamese cat. I am sharing a cage with my friend, and we are a little scared here at the shelter. It's loud and smells weird, and we're not used to it. So don't be turned off too much if I hiss at you or something when you come to visit; I'm just still adjusting. I know I will be a great kitty friend for someone with patience and the love to let me decompress and learn to feel safe in a new home. Maybe that could be you?   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
