I say hello, hello! Don't you say goodbye--my name is Lennon, I'm a chonky orange tabby boy, and I need some help. When I was younger (so much younger than my 5 years old today), I never needed anybody's help in any way, but now I'm in this shelter and I'd really like to imagine there's no cages. It isn't hard to do. Imagine all the purrs I could purr for you today. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I hope someday you'll adopt me! Note: Lennon is FIV positive. Please ask a staff member in the office building if you are not familiar with FIV. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
