Meet Houston! Houston is 8 years old and about 14 pounds. Houston is energetic, curious, and playful. He loves car rides, long walks, sunbathing, and snouting in the snow–he thinks he's a little Husky! If he senses you need a break from your day, he'll sit in front of you and let out the softest little song to let you know it's time to stop what you're doing to play. He loves attention and is willing to sit on your lap for petting or--even better--a brushing. When it's bedtime, he'll cozy up behind your bent legs or against your stomach so you can be his Big Spoon. His best fit is an active, mature human who shares his zeal for adventure and companionship.
Adoption Process
Home visits, fees vary, adoption contract required. Adopter agrees to return animal to the rescue if they are unable to care for them.
