Bio: Meet Ruger! He’s a very quiet boy, never heard him bark but the smile could be a deterrent He is very sweet and loves to be as close to his hooman as much as possible. Loves to snuggle and will gladly accept belly rubs all day. I was told he doesn't do great on a leash and that's partly true. Once you put it on and try to walk, he freezes up. Once he starts going, he is completely fine. If you tug or try to redirect him he will just lay down, so he'll need some additional leash training. He does not know any basic commands like sit, shake, lay down, etc so will also need some training in that as well. If you want a companion to be lazy with and snuggle up to on the couch, then ruger is your guy. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue.
