Bio: Casper has arrived from Texas. Wow what a sweet dog he is. He has gotten along well with the foster dogs. No accidents so far in a new environment! He loves to chew and play. This morning we learned Casper just loves the tennis ball so a little fetch to enjoy the nice weather. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.
