Community Cat Inc

We are a small group of people dedicated to ending feline overpopulation in our area. We do this through trap-neuter-return and low cost spay/neuter services through a variety of clinics. We also work to keep feral cats from being killed in shelters buy offering TNR and our farm cat program. We offer help to owners of cats for behavioral issues to try and keep these animals in their home.

Meet Jelly

Meet Jelly, Jelly Belly, Jelly Roll, Jell Bell…  She’ll come to just about anything if you talk nice to her!    This 20 pound Chihuahua/Dachshund (Chiweenie) mix is so easy going! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids (even little kids)! Don’t let her eyes confuse you. She always looks worried but she’s not! It’s just her face!!     Jelly came to us because she was full of bladder stones and broken teeth.  Both of these issues have been resolved and she’s ready for her forever home! She will need to be on a high quality freeze dried food or prescription food to make sure those nasty stones never come back!    Jelly will go outside to potty or use potty pads if you’re not home. She has been crated in the past, but it does make her anxious and she’ll bark. Honestly, there’s been no need to crate her in her foster home! She loves to go for walks and walks well on a leash. But she’s also perfectly content to lay on the couch and snooze and cuddle with you. At night she LOVES sleeping in bed with you and is happiest curled up next to you under the blankets. She’s simply a wonderful dog! Jelly also has a heart murmur but at this time there are no clinical symptoms and she’s not on any heart medication.     Approximate DOB: 2014 Foster Home Location: Whitewater      If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful dogs, you can apply on our website: https://forms.gle/MGakwmFh92UiK9iM6     Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the dog that interest you. All of our dogs are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect dog!       Our adoption fees:    Adults (up to 7 years): $275   Seniors (8 years and up): $200     All dogs are spayed or neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies, bordatella and distemper, tested for heartworm and microchipped.

Adoption Process
Adoption application can be filled out online or on paper; we check vet and landlord references; adoption coordinator talks with potential adopter; meet cats at the foster home or adoption event; contract requires no declaw and animal must be returned if adoption does not work out; regular fees are $50adult ad $85 kitten but we run specials all the time.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
