Update 5.11.25 Bentley is a very affectionate dog who loves to cuddle and be next to humans inside. He is somewhat of a more loungy dog inside and he will occasionally give his brother a chase if he has a ball, but really he prefers to lay by your feet and or with you. You can give him all the kisses you want and he's very tolerant and won't leave you drenched with licks in return -- he'll just take it. He's very docile indoors and loves toys with treats inside. He also likes balls but not as much as his brother. Outdoors, he likes to initiate mouth jousting with his brother and run after him. Bentley tends to be reactive to other dogs while on the leash, but we believe with learning more commands and building trust with his owner, his level of confidence will increase and the reactivity will go away. He may give some woofs at the fence when he sees another dog but he responds to positive correction. This may be due to him receiving aggression from a dog in his previous home. We think Bentley would do okay in a house with another dog after a proper introduction but we also think he would be fine as a solo pet. Bentley is crate trained, potty trained, and super tolerant of grooming. He is very curious about children and wags his tail with excitement when he sees kids, so we think he'd be just fine in a house with children. He's a great companion and cuddle buddy!
