Meet Seraphina

Seraphina is a special needs girl with essentially no special needs. She is a 7 month old husky / shepherd mix who was found stray and in need of surgery to remove her painful eyes. She has excelled in her foster home, living life to the absolute fullest and impressing everyone every day. Seraphina had her foster home (and yard) mapped out within 24 hours of arrival. She plays so well with the other dogs in the home, and she is well mannered with her foster's 4 year old daughter and cats. Seraphina’s manners in general are just as impressive as her ability to adapt to life without vision. Seraphina’s ideal home can be any style/layout - she does hardwood staircases with ease. A home with other pets is a must, as companion pets for blind/deaf dogs is always the best option for them long term. While Seraphina definitely has time in her day for lounging and snuggles, she loves to have some outside time to goof around and burn some of that young husky energy that she rarely shows otherwise. This beautiful girl is currently close to 40lb. We anticipate that she will be medium to large once fully grown.
