Paws Across Pittsburgh

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals.We have a monthly pet pantry, provide temporary fostering for emergency situations, have a Senior pets for Seniors program, and more.

Meet Rocky

Rocky is a 4 year old, 23lb chunk of love looking for his forever home.  Rocky is  very affectionate, and will be forever faithful to his people. His gaze will melt your heart.  He loves to keep watch out the window, and loves to go on long walks followed by a good nap.   Rocky has been friendly with children and other dogs.   Rocky will do best in a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time, and where he can get outside often to walk and explore the world.
