Meet Mia
Looking for Her Second Chance at Love: Meet Sweet Mia Gentle. Loyal. Overlooked—but still hoping. Mia’s world changed without warning. One of her beloved humans had to leave the home due to unexpected life changes and now lives in a place with multiple flights of stairs—something Mia’s aging joints simply can’t manage. She’s now left behind, spending long hours alone, wondering where her people went and why she’s no longer the center of anyone’s world. It’s through no fault of her own that Mia needs a new home. Her heart is as full of love as ever—she just needs someone to share it with. I’m helping to rehome Mia because I know her personally, and I can promise you: she is one of the gentlest, most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. Mia is about 6 years old and weighs 102 pounds. She’s an XL Bully with a calm soul, perfectly content with a cozy spot to rest and the quiet company of someone who cares. She isn’t high-energy or demanding—just a sweet companion who enjoys a peaceful home and a few kind words. She gets along beautifully with kids, other dogs, and even cats. She once shared a home with two young children who understood her mellow nature and gave her the gentle love she adores. Though she enjoys the occasional ball toss, she’s past the age of roughhousing. If there are kids in the home, they’ll need to be respectful of her quiet personality. Mia is perfectly housebroken and very well-mannered—she doesn’t beg for food or push for attention. When snacks fall to the floor, she sits patiently, never rushing or grabbing. She knows “sit” and listens beautifully. Around food, children, and guests, she’s the very definition of gentle. But perhaps what’s most heartbreaking is how little she asks for: a soft bed, a little affection, and someone to be there. She doesn’t understand why she’s alone now. She’s still waiting—faithfully—for a family to call her own again. Health & Home Info: Spayed, microchipped, up to date on rabies On heartworm preventative Best in a home with minimal or no stairs Needs a quieter environment without frequent new visitors May be wary of strangers at first but warms up in about 30 minutes—she just needs to feel safe A rehoming fee will apply to ensure she finds the loving, stable home she deserves If you're looking for a calm, loving dog to share your life with—one who will adore you quietly and completely—Mia is waiting for you. She's not just looking for a house. She's looking for home. **** Breed: XL Bully **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2181872&flag=1
