Meet Gus

Animal Profile: Gus is a super cute Terrier puppy with a calm personality who be joining us from Hawaii on 05/09/2025. Will provide more details as we get to know him. Gus loves people and other dogs, is playful and doing well with crate training.  Foster Update: Gus is a 5 5 month old goof ball. He came with very little training but we have been working hard on the basics. He is crate trained and potty trained with a strict schedule. He walks on the leash without pulling too much but forgets he needs to watch out for my feet. He gets along well with my other foster and all of the neighbor dogs. He is learning not to jump so will need help learning to keep all four paws on the floor. He would do great with another dog to guide him. Gus has the potential to be a great family pet with a little love and training. Adoption Info:  Adoption fee is $575 which includes neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent visit with a veterinarian. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.
