Saving Great Animals

We are a group of volunteers to aim to save as many death row animals as possible. We work solely through a network of fosters and trial adopters and do not have a facility. We feel that shelter animals deserve a second chance and that euthanasia is not the answer.

Meet Jake

Meet Jake! Jake is a 5 month old Blue Heeler pup and he is just wonderful! He gets along with other dogs and is social and affectionate with people. He does not have experience with cats so we recommend him for a cat-free home. Heelers are active dogs who love adventures. They are not couch potatoes so if you prefer a more low-key lifestyle, this is not the dog for you. Jake is smart and learns quickly - he is very eager to please. He is great with kids but Heelers do tend to practice their herding behaviors with children so a home with older kids is best.  Jake is vaccinated and chipped. He will be neutered at our cost between 8-12 months of age. His adoption fee is $525

Adoption Process
We pull dogs from kill shelters and place them with fosters or trial adopters. All adoptions have 2 week trial. Adoption donation is made after trial period and certificate of ownership is issued. We also bring animals from owner surrenders into our organization so that they never enter the shelter system. We check references for all applicants and complete home checks. A great deal of our dogs are transported from CA to Seattle once we have found a foster or trial for them.
