Meet Zara

Meet the wonderful miss Zara!Zara is a female, 1-year old shepard/husky mix. 60 lbs. Her black coat is adorned with husky whites and silvers. Zara's happy and charming personality shines through in her affectionate and playful nature. Zara plays exceptionally well with all sorts of other dogs and entertains herself with her favorite squeaky toys. She is an all-star at tennis ball fetch. While Zara loves play time, she is very content (and spends most of her day) just napping and relaxing with the pack or on her own. Zara loves belly rubs and kisses. She also likes to watch nature documentaries!Zara's furever home must be dog-savvy to ensure her new home can best support Zara. Zara sleeps in her crate, but Zara must not only be in a crate during the day. She does outstanding in her own gated area with room to romp around in with her squeakies while her foster parents are away from the house or at work. Crate/potty/leash trained. UTD vaccines. Spayed. Microchipped. No cats. Kids 8+ (younger pending introduction). Fenced yard required. Training courses may be a condition of adoption, depending on application. Walks, hikes, and adventures are welcome. If you think Zara is a great fit for you, please fill out a statement of interest on our website!
