Meet Calyx: From Unwanted to Thriving! Calyx is a 1-year-old female Belgian Malinois who went from being unwanted (the shelter didn't even bother to give her a name) and scheduled for euthanasia to thriving in her foster home—and now she's ready for her forever family! This stunning girl is incredibly focused and loves learning new things. Whether she’s exploring the yard or playing with the two German Shepherds she’s fostered with, she’s always ready for playtime, but will also snuggle up on a bed and take a nap when the time comes. Calyx is crate and leash trained, fully potty trained, and enjoys a good car ride. She’s also living with a cat and gets along great with them, too! She’ll need a home with someone who’s dedicated to continuing her training, has a fully fenced yard, and leads an active lifestyle. If you’re looking for a loyal, smart, and playful companion, Calyx is the perfect match!

Adoption Process
Adopters apply and are initially vetted to make sure they have good vet records and habits. Then they are screen and required to sign a contract before receiving an animal. Fees vary based on the animal
