Meet Gadget
My name is Gadget but my foster mom calls me her sweet baked potato. I have the softest fur and cute smile! I just love when she pets me and takes me on walks. She gives me yummy treats (I like them all!) but I can't eat too many since I'm on a diet.I'm a 7yr old silver lab and at 88lbs I have some weight to lose so my body feels better. I have arthritis and pancreatitis from the lack of activity from my last home but I know I can get back into shape with a new owner who can keep me active! I love being with my human and going outside so my new owner MUST exercise me daily and provide me joint supplements so I can live long and feel good.I like to walk and run, go to the dog park at the lake and play with my foster siblings. I'm spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and I'm house broken.I promise I won't ruin anything in the house! I love my stuffies to hold in my mouth and having bones to chew on.Even though I’m a big girl, I get really scared if you leave me alone in a car and also going to the vet so my mom gives me pills beforehand to help me feel more calm. I do like baths especially getting toweled off!I'm quiet at home and I prefer to sleep in a bed, my favorite place is with the little girl in my foster home, she just loves me and so does the whole family! Are you looking for a sweet girl who is up for some adventures and also some snuggling? If so, please fill out a Statement of Interest for me at https://alternativehumanesociety.com/statement-of-interest-dog/
