Charly comes to AFH from Kuwait. He was a stray. One of our colleagues in Kuwait reached out to see if we could help him, and one of our wonderful fosters immediately stepped up. The Kuwaiti culture generally does not consider dogs to be family members and people often tire of having them. When that happens, the owners simply throw them out into the street or leave them in the desert to die. Charly is one of the lucky ones. Charly gets along with men, women, kids, other dogs – and he even gets along with cats in his foster home. He is house trained and crate times, and walks great on a leash. This handsome boy is ready for a forever home of his own.
