Meet Leo

Big man on campus Leo is around 5 years old and ready to jump into his furever family. He is goofy and full of life! He has previously lived with a female dog and did well but has never been around male dogs. A dog test will be required with any pups currently in the home. He does need a home with no cats. He loves to go for rides in the car and will make a great co pilot. He does need a home with kids that are at least 13 years or older. He will make a great swimming buddy as he loves the water! He thinks he is a lap and just wants to be with his people doing everything they are. He could use some leash training as he pulls a bit but is still somewhat manageable. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Interested in adopting? Adoption Process
Interested adopters must fill out an adoption application. We verify that current pets are UTD on Rabies vaccinations and spayed or neutered. If the applicants rent we verify with the landlord that they are approved to adopt a pet. Adopters must fill out an adoption contract and sterilization agreement if the pet is not already altered. Pets that are not altered can only be adopted out to residents of Warren County or a surrounding jurisdiction. The adoption fee for cats is $15 and the fee for dogs is $30. The adoption fee does not include the cost of spay or neuter. If the animal is not altered adopters are required to have the pet altered within 30 days of adoption or by the time it reaches 6 months old.
