Meet Darbee

Adorable pocket beagle with a permanent wink!  Meet Darbee. This precious little soul has been through a lot in her life. She came in with an old ruptured eye and a very large abdominal hernia. After two surgeries that were fairly touch and go this little fighter came out of it stronger than ever!  Darbee is now able to fully enjoy life with a new healthy outlook and ready to find a forever home. Darbee is VERY loving and will lay over for belly rubs almost any time. She is shy but just lays down if she’s unsure of something. She’s a little girl only about 16lbs and short “bench leg” beagle style. We think she’s around 6 years old.  Once she’s comfortable she’s a little shadow and will follow you from room to room. She’s content to take lots of naps but bring out that food or when you come home from being away and she’s super excited!  Darbee does great with allOther dogs from tiny to big however big dogs need to be cautious types because she can’t see on one side and gets knocked into with rambunctious friends. She is an excellent traveler, just curls up and naps. But now don’t let her laid back side fool you. I saw her playing with a treat (when no one was watching) and she LOVES to roam her backyard. She is housetrained and uses a doggie door perfectly. She will require a fenced yard.  Darbee is UTD, HW negative and in prevention, spayed and microchipped. Adoption fee is $300
