Meet Birdie, our delightful rescue currently in foster care after being saved from the PG County Animal Shelter. Birdie is taking some well-deserved time to decompress, but stay tuned for updates on their bio as we learn more from the foster family! Birdie is a 7-year-old, 47-pound bundle of joy with a zest for life. Here's what we know about Birdie so far: Birdie's activity level is active and athletic. Birdie loves to stay on the move and would benefit from two walks per day to keep them happy and healthy. During car rides, Birdie remains calm and composed, making Birdie an excellent travel companion. Additionally, Birdie is familiar with crate training, providing a safe and cozy retreat. Birdie's energy level is medium. Birdie enjoys staying active but is also content with some chill time. Birdie's happy and people-friendly nature makes them a joy to be around. They love meeting new people and making friends! Birdie is always curious about their surroundings and enjoys exploring with a playful spirit. On leash walks, Birdie is comfortable with a medium energy level, making walks enjoyable for both of you. Birdie is a playful soul who adores toys and is highly motivated by treats—perfect for interactive playtime and training sessions! Adoption Process
We do require an adoption application, and once this is approved, followed by a home visit and adoption fee $175.
