$800.00Meet A Second Chance
Second Chance is available for adoption. He is 14 months old and weighs 11 lbs. His adoption fee is $800.00. Second Chance is a sweet, cuddly little guy. We do not know the beginning of his life; Second Chance was found wandering alone with no identification or a microchip. Efforts to find his people were fruitless. Chance does not mind grooming. He rides well in the car and is playful and curious. Chance enjoys the backyard, laying in the grass and loves to chase after the birds and the squirrels. He is still a puppy in many ways. He is part acrobat; he will jump and roll around in play. He can start sliding off the couch or chair and always lands on his feet. Chance will steal your shoes and socks to cuddle with and scatters toys all over the house. Chance entertains himself throwing toys in the air, chasing them, pushing them off the furniture to jump on them. He will chase after toys and sometimes bring them back to you, other times he runs away with it. Chance is very social; he gets along well with other dogs and loves people. He will chase after a cat, so we are not sure if they will get along. Chance does not know many commands; we are making progress on “Sit” and “Stay.” He does come when called. Chance is affectionate and loves to be close to you. He gives kisses and will follow you everywhere, always at your feet. Chance has received a clean bill of health from the vet and his neuter is scheduled for June 5th. Chance is under three, young and active, the Rescue requires that he be adopted to a home with a fenced yard and be enrolled in some formal training classes. Second Chance is staying with Dani in Chesapeake, VA.
