Mutt Love Rescue

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives.We work with local and rural shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.

Meet Molly *Adopt or Foster*

Molly was set out, dumped, abandoned, scared, and all alone with no one to help her. She ran around the county for a month. No one could catch her. Someone called a friend early one morning and said she was up on the mountain, just laying there. Thank God he called the right person. She went up that mountain and caught her. She was ready to be caught. Her paw pads were worn off where she had walked so much. She had traveled every day; miles and miles, surviving any way she could.  Her temporary foster before coming to Mutts  says she is a wonderful dog. She stayed uncrated in the house. She hung out causing zero problems. She is GREAT with the dogs & cats she has encountered thus far. Every family wants a dog like Molly. 

Adoption Process
Potential adopters complete an application, are interviewed, vet references are checked, home visit, adoption contract. Adoption fee is $285 for a spayed/neutered, fully vetted and microchipped dog.
