For the Love of Dog rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes rottweilers in the northeastern US. Established in 2004, we have rehomed more than 1200 dogs. For the Love of Dog - Rottweiler Rescue of New Hampshire is a New Hampshire corporation and a registered charity in New Hampshire operating under the federal tax exempt status of 501c3. The organization is also a licensed animal shelter in the state of New Hampshire, a good-standing member of the Mayor's Alliance of New York City and the Animal Rescue Network of New England.

Meet Rodrigo

Rodrigo knocks our socks off with his big, goofy personality and brains to match! This handsome black and brown pup is just a year old, weighs a manageable 43 pounds, and is packed with charm. He came into foster knowing "sit" and has already learned "lay," "shake," "roll over," and "spin" in his first week. Smart boy alert! Rodrigo is medium energy, loves walks, and is solid on leash. He's also great in the crate, improving leaps and bounds with potty training, and generally quiet around the house. He's fantastic with other dogs at the park, loves toys, enjoys car rides, and becomes a big cuddler when he's sleepy. Plus, he's super friendly with new people. Volunteers are totally smitten, and you will be too.
