Mission Statement: Our Mission is to rescue homeless, abandoned, neglected, or abused dogs. By working with committed volunteers, already established veterinarians and trainers, we will nurture, provide medical care, and rehabilitation to these animals while providing a safe and loving "cage-free" environment for as long as it takes to find them adoptive homes. Our Vision: Our vision is to decrease the amount of dogs put to death every year, and prevent cruelty and suffering to all animals. Through humane education via our resources and educational classes, we aim to increase public awareness regarding the over population of adoptable animals in municipal shelters and beyond, and to that end we are firmly committed to:-Rescuing dogs from municipal shelters that are in danger of being euthanized-Educating the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership, including spaying and neutering of companion animals and micro-chipping pets-Advocating for animals through political participation with our Community representatives

Meet Snorlax

 IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER / AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT  Meet Snorlax!  https://youtu.be/xxFiCbM0vag Snorlax is 14 months old, male (approx. DOB 7-6-24), 50 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered and micro-chipped. Snorlax was abandoned at the shelter by his family. He is great with other dogs at daycare, may be ok with cats (all cat and dog relationships are different), and is a social butterfly! This goofy, snuggly, and playful pup is sure to brighten your day with his clever charm and love for tennis balls. Though he starts off excited (jumping up with joy), he quickly settles down to enjoy time with his people. He knows how to sit, loves treats, and will happily trade toys for snuggles. With a little polish on manners, this affectionate extrovert will make the perfect companion. Stay tuned for more information as Snorlax is a new rescue! Adoption Process
Applicants fill out an application and, once thoroughly checked, referenced, and approved, are invited to meet the dogs they have interest in. All dogs are in foster homes. Once they have met their match, they sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
