Mission Statement: Our Mission is to rescue homeless, abandoned, neglected, or abused dogs. By working with committed volunteers, already established veterinarians and trainers, we will nurture, provide medical care, and rehabilitation to these animals while providing a safe and loving "cage-free" environment for as long as it takes to find them adoptive homes. Our Vision: Our vision is to decrease the amount of dogs put to death every year, and prevent cruelty and suffering to all animals. Through humane education via our resources and educational classes, we aim to increase public awareness regarding the over population of adoptable animals in municipal shelters and beyond, and to that end we are firmly committed to:-Rescuing dogs from municipal shelters that are in danger of being euthanized-Educating the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership, including spaying and neutering of companion animals and micro-chipping pets-Advocating for animals through political participation with our Community representatives

Meet Apollo

 IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER / AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT  Meet Apollo (Apollo & brother Polo)! Apollo is 7 months old, male (approx. DOB 12-19-24), 40+ lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered and micro-chipped. Apollo and his brother Polo were found in SC as homeless abandoned strays to fend for themselves. We found Apollo on his last day and scooped him up! Polo was spoken for, we thought, until thanksfully we found out he was never picked up! We scooped him up too before it was too late! From his SC Foster: "He has learned some basic commands and is house and crate trained. He is good with dogs of all sizes! His favorite thing is to be close to his humans getting all the love and attention." Apollo is still a young boy who is eager to learn! He is good with other dogs, likely good with cats, and is very social! Stay tuned for more information as Apollo is a new rescue! Adoption Process
Applicants fill out an application and, once thoroughly checked, referenced, and approved, are invited to meet the dogs they have interest in. All dogs are in foster homes. Once they have met their match, they sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
