Mission Statement: Our Mission is to rescue homeless, abandoned, neglected, or abused dogs. By working with committed volunteers, already established veterinarians and trainers, we will nurture, provide medical care, and rehabilitation to these animals while providing a safe and loving "cage-free" environment for as long as it takes to find them adoptive homes. Our Vision: Our vision is to decrease the amount of dogs put to death every year, and prevent cruelty and suffering to all animals. Through humane education via our resources and educational classes, we aim to increase public awareness regarding the over population of adoptable animals in municipal shelters and beyond, and to that end we are firmly committed to:-Rescuing dogs from municipal shelters that are in danger of being euthanized-Educating the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership, including spaying and neutering of companion animals and micro-chipping pets-Advocating for animals through political participation with our Community representatives

  IN VERMONT   Meet Tommy! https://youtu.be/3NLv8FNB8_o Tommy is 5 years old, male (approx. DOB 1-25-19), 60 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Tommy is good with other dogs, maybe cats (all cat/dog relationships are different), has medium energy, seems to love to play with water so might enjoy swimming, loves Holly (would enjoy another playful dog), and can't wait to come to New England! Adoption Process
Applicants fill out an application and, once thoroughly checked, referenced, and approved, are invited to meet the dogs they have interest in. All dogs are in foster homes. Once they have met their match, they sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
