Courtesy Post - Rehoming Maximus (a/k/a Max) is a handsome 22 month old Black and Tan Coonhound. He is in search of a new home to call his own. Circumstances have changed for Max's Dad and he feels he can not give him the exercise and time he deserves. Max has grown up in a home with another dog and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He has lots of energy and loves to play fetch. Max has excellent recall and can be taken on a hike off leash. He has mastered the following commands: Sit, Down, Leave it, Shake and Paw. He is food driven and likes to learn new things. Due to Max’s energy, he would be best in a home with children over the age of 10. Highlights about Max: Neutered Up to date on all vaccinations Gets along great with other dogs Smart Loyal Food Driven Great Recall Crate Trained House Trained Max will come with his crate, fetching tools, toys and bed to his new home. There is a $100 rehoming fee which will be donated to VT Dog Rescue.
